Eligibility: You can exchange items within 30 calendar days from the date you received them.
Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your exchange request.

Specify Details: Provide details about the item you wish to exchange and the new item you would like to receive.
Shipping: Send the original item back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.
Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
New Item: If approved, we will send out the new item to you. Shipping costs for the new item may apply.
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
